CASST 3 is an installable, client/server
application that provides users with the ability to manage every aspect of maintenance tracking,
including the defining of the parameters of maintenance or inspeciton contracts between
system owners and service providers that specify requirments for when regularly scheduled
inspection visits are to be make.

WebCasst is a data-driven website that provides
users with the opportunity to complete inspection reports using a web browser.

The combination of these two applicaitons, CASST 3 and WebCasst,
accessing the same data from one database provide the perfect solution to the challenges that
have existed for meeting the regulatory requirements for on-site wastewater systems, including
reoccuring inspeciton visit requirement along with the tracking and reporting of maintenance
activities.

Each inspection visit record is linked to a specific contract and available for review.
